In this article, I will review a brief history and philosophy of Meditation, yoga, Reiki, Chakras, the benefits, the needs, and more.
Meditation:
Meditation means awareness, which happens in the human brain. Meditation was originated in india and had been practiced for thousands of years, Buddha is the only person by whom this modern world came to know about Meditation. The practice of meditation has been linked to all major religions, But the origin of meditation gave rise to new religion(Buddhism).
These days, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction.Meditation is simple, fast way to reduce stress. Meditation can wipe away the day’s stress, bringing with it inner peace.
Meditation music:
Meditation music brings greater harmony within the practitioner and create an calm and relaxed atmosphere. It must contain peaceful and soothing sounds. Meditation is a state of cute inner consciousness. Though the pinnacle of concentration is impossible, Right kind of Meditation music can easily lead to that meditative state.
Yoga:
Yoga is an ancient physical and spiritual discipline that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. Can you Imagine an activity that increases your flexibility, strengthens muscles, centers thoughts, and relaxes you, Yoga does all these. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means "joining or integrating of the body with mind and mind with spirit†by using asanas and pranayama to achieve happy and balanced life.
Purna, Ashtanga, Jnana, Bhakti, Bikram, Karma, Raja, Hatha, Kundalini, Mantra, Tantra, Iyengar, Vini, Ananda, Anusara, Integral, Kali Ray Tri, Kripalu and Sivananda are the different types of yoga which are being in practice.
Reiki:
Reiki is natural and safe Japanese technique of healing which is gentle, yet powerful. Reiki treats one’s emotions, body, mind and spirit.
Reiki is great for treating all kinds of physical and mental illnesses as it heals the body and finds the cause for illness to eliminate the effects of the imbalance, emotional issues such as depression, fears and phobias. It is beneficial in treating side effects and promote faster recovery as it activates the recipient’s own healing process.
Reiki also calms nervous tensions, reduce negative emotions and can be used to give protection. Reiki helps to balance the body, remove blocks that are stopping you fall pregnant, during pregnancy and during labor.
Chakras:
The Chakras, is the name given to the seven main energy centers of our body, which regulate the energy flow throughout our body. These centres open and shut depending on what we are feeling and thinking.Though Chakras are not physical objects that can be seen, but every sense, feeling and experience is connected to a specific chakra. Because, they are an integral part of our life force keeping our mind and body working together.
The Chakras need to be spinning at the correct frequency for your mind, emotions and body to be working together in total harmony. To become healthy again, or to maintain a healthy balance, these chakras need to be balanced from time to time.
